Meet the Golf Professionals

Steve Talentino – PGA Head Golf Professional

Steve has been a Class “A” Member of the Professional Golfers Association of America for the past 22 years.  He has worked in all aspects of golf operations throughout his career which began over 29 years ago at the Arizona Biltmore.  13 years were spent at the Arizona Country Club where he served as First Assistant and then Director of Instruction.  His pursuit of a Head Golf Professional position led to Hassayampa Golf Club in Prescott and employment with Desert-Troon companies.  He has been with the company for 15 years, spending time at Hassayampa and also Torreon Golf Club in Show Low, AZ.

 

Cole Kenyon – PGA Associate Golf Professional

Cole Kenyon is a native Texan, and began playing golf in high school as a member of the Wimberley Texans High School Golf Team.  Cole began his career in golf industry at 16 years old, working at Quicksand Golf Course as a part of the maintenance crew and outside attendant throughout high school.  Upon graduation, he enrolled in the Professional Golf Management Program at Sam Houston State University.  His internships led him to Escondido Golf and Lake Club, Horseshoe Bay Texas;  Sonnenalp Golf Club and Resort, Vail, Colorado; and Walden on Lake Conroe Golf Course, Conroe, Texas.  Cole remained at Walden on Lake Conroe for 19 months while he finished up his degree.  Upon graduation in December 2013 with a Bachelor in Business Administration, Cole moved back to the Hill Country and began working at Cimarron Hills and was elected to PGA Class “A” Membership in January 2014.  When Cole is not golfing, enjoys hunting and fishing.

 

Brad Preeshl – Associate Golf Professional

Brad Preeshl moved to Georgetown from Madison, Wisconsin in January 2014. Brad was born and raised in Onalaska, Wisconsin where he graduated from Onalaska High School in 2009 and played for the golf team. Throughout high school and the first couple summers in college, He worked at the LaCrosse Country Club. After high school Brad moved to Madison, Wisconsin where he attended the University of Wisconsin and worked as an assistant professional at Nakoma Golf Club. Brad graduated in 2013 with an economics degree and then began working in the PGA Program at LaCrosse Country Club. When the Wisconsin winter arrived he jumped on the opportunity to come down to Texas and join the team at Cimarron Hills. Brad is currently a Level 1 apprentice in the PGA Program.
