Peoples takes over the reins from Michael Coopman who has relocated to a Pivotal Group sister property, Promontory in Park City, Utah which was named a Top 10 Golf Community by T & L Golf magazine in 2007.  Peoples distinguished career spans more than 30 years in the homebuilding industry, 16 of those in Austin.  Wes brings a wide breadth of experience to Cimarron Hills as a highly regarded leader, building expert and marketer.  He successfully held senior executive positions with Meritage / Monterey Homes, Hammond Homes, Wilshire Homes, NVR and NPC Homes, in addition to his most recent role as President of WJP Consulting and Development.  Peoples contributes to the industry by serving on the board for the Homebuilders Association of Greater Austin. Peoples will serve as President of the Board in 2008. He also held the position of President in 2003/2004.   Peoples is also very active in the Austin community.
